Please read before commissioning ♡By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:I, the artist, hold all rights to my artwork — please don’t claim, edit, or resell it. Commissions are for personal use only unless we discuss commercial rights. I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable. All finished artworks are digital only; no physical items will be shipped.Process: Please send your idea and clear references. I’ll confirm the quote and send a sketch. Once approved and payment is made, I’ll move on to painting. You’ll receive WIPs during progress, and the final piece will be sent as a high-resolution PNG. PSD/Clip files can be requested for an additional fee. Minor changes are allowed during the sketch phase; major revisions after approval may require an extra fee.Payment: I accept PayPal (USD) only. For smaller commissions, I require full payment upfront; for larger pieces, 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery. Payments are non-refundable once the sketch has been approved for rendering. Transfer fees will also be shouldered by the client.Usage & Rights: You may share the artwork on social media (with credit) and use it as a profile image, icon, or wallpaper. Please do not claim it as your own, use it for NFTs, AI training, or resell it. Commercial usage (merch, VTuber assets, branding, games, etc.) requires an additional fee for commercial licensing.Turnaround: Portraits typically take 1–4 weeks, and splash art around 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
